We begin Again

So it's time to make another go at this. 2008 is a new year, and like all new years it's time to try and lose some weight. This year I'm making a go of it a little bit more publicly than in the past (as maybe that will actually help).

Major goals this time around are to eliminate Soda, minimize eating out, starting running again regularly, and eventually to start lifting again.

I've already managed to stop getting Soda at work so far this year (which is HUGE!), and made a good start on the exercise front last night and this morning when I went walking last night with KN and Zoe, and running again this morning with Zoe.

Also, I started using Traineo this year, which has all sorts of nifty features to help me track all of the important things for losing weight. Follow the link to see my current profile, and how I'm doing so far.
